Kualifikasi
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in the Business Development/ Market Study/ Corporate Finance related field is required for this position.
- Having experience working as a Property Consultant/ Developer is preferred.
- Good understanding of the real estate market, business expansion, and corporate action.
Jobdesk
- In-depth market study, including analysis and recommendation on the real estate market and general industry/ economics trends.
- Development of financial feasibility study for prospective projects.
- Work with the architect/design planning team on product development.
- Work with the finance/accounting team about budget and cost control.
- Work with the legal team about commercial terms of transaction documents.
- Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers
- Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
- Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects
